this project shall include the following: Removal of the existing
single wall steel fuel piping, the existing steel vent piping, and, the
existing dispensary service; Replacement of double wall pipe, the
corrosion resistant pipe, and a new dispensary service island with
stage I and stage II vapor recovery; Renovate tanks to provide leak
detection, overfill protection, spill protection, and new pumps;
Detection alarms and automatic shut off devices shall be provided;
Provide a fuel management system capable of communicating with the leak
detector system and the existing transportation's computer fuel
management system shall track fleet fuel usage as require by the
government; And, provide all electrical, mechanical and civil
structural work as required. The proposed contract listed here is
unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR
252.219-7003, entitled ''NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS''. The applicable SIC code is 1799 with
a size standard of $7M. The estimated cost range is $100,000 to
