Hawkins, Contracting Officer 601/377-8577 The work includes: Provide air compressor, air dryer, mist eliminator, air receiver, breathing air purifier with CO monitor, and extend air piping to replace existing air compressor at Building 399. Provide electrical service for air compressor and equipment. Remove existing air compressor. Provide shelter to protect air compressor and equipment from weather and industrial environment. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental related work to accomplish the work items listed above. Connection of new air system to existing piping and removal of existing air compressor shall be done at a time mutually agreed to by the Contractor and User in order to minimize ''down time'' of the facility. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
