This 1,700 sf will provide space for a central conference area with adjacent space reserved for a kitchenette, closets, coat room, vestibule, etc. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, roofing demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous plumbing work. Completion time for this work is 270 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
