Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to accomplish corrosion control on the inside and outside of a 100,000-gallon elevated, steel, pedestal-type, water storage tank, approximately 140 feet tall located at the Sanford-Yake area of Lake Meredith National Recreation Area, approximately 30 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Interior work involves disconnecting equipment, removing existing coating in selected areas, repairing various areas and items, applying coating on repaired surface and reassemble disconnected equipment. Exterior work involves disconnecting equipment, removal and replacement of valves, reassemble disconnected equipment and recoat. Lead based paint found in both exterior and interior paint. Additives will include: (1) Install 6-foot galvanized chain link fence with double gate (2) install cathodic protection system, this contract is subject to unrestricted, full and open competition.
