This project previously advertised in the CBD shall include Phase II, which consists of selective demolition of interior partitions and finishes and the installation of new interior finish systems for approximately 8,900 square feet of office, maintenance and storage facilities, installation of radiant heating units and ventilation fans, and the installation of interior lighting, power, communications wiring and associated panelboards. Estimated dollar range for both phases remains between $500,000 and $1M as advertised previously. Bid Opening Date is estimated to be 20 Aug 96 instead of 5 Aug 96.
