The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to replact the exterior siding and building insulation on Building 739 at McChord AFB, WA. The work will also include renovation of approximately 2000 square feet of the interior retail sales and equipment rental areas of the Outdoor Adventure Facility located in Building 739. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued on/about July 26, 1996 with a bid opening on/about August 27, 1996. This acquisition is unrestricted allowing for full and open competition. Interested concerns should, as soon as possible, but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate an interest in this acquisition by providing the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform.
