Garcia, Contracting Officer, 505-988-6032 Furnish materials, equipment and labor for scarifying and removal of approximately 35,467 square feet, 3 to 6 inches thick, of asphalt paving from a parking lot; and replace with base course material on low spots and repave by laying 2'' of hot asphalt mix on a prime coat. The solicitation will have a base bid item and additives. The completion time from date of the Notice to Proceed will be 20 days for the base bid, and 5 days additional for each additive item awarded. The parking lot has rock borders and a stucco covered adobe wall along some of the edges. The parking lot is adjacent to the Historic Old Santa Fe Trail Building. The physical location for this work is 1100 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The solicitation will be full and open competition in accordance with PL100-656.
