Work consists of demolishing 128 units, including asbestos abatement, roadways, curb and gutter, concrete housing foundation, utility laterals and basement pads. Completely protect existing trees and shrubs and backfill below grade voids resulting from demolition. Construct 72 housing units including site preparation, utility installation/infrastructure, landscape, pedestrian/bike trails and recreation areas. The project will be comprised of seventeen - four-plex and two - duplex units which will be one and two story, over basements. All units will be three bedroom Junior Non-Commissioned Officers.
