Specifications will be available on or about 06 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted. There is no charge for the plans and specs (only one set per firm); However, each firm is responsible for obtaining a bid data. Local firms may pick up packages at the Issuing Office.
