Work includes asbestos abatement and demolition prior to commencing with new interior finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings. Construction of new kitchens includes cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. Bathrooms require new vanities, sinks, toilet accessories and tile. New thru- the-wall HVAC units shall be installed, as well as new lighting, ceiling fans, telephone, and cable. Exterior work includes painting and repairs to concrete stairs. A Network Analysis shall be required for this work. Magnitude of construction is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Award will be subject to availability of funds.
