This is to modify the revision to allow for removal of the existing coating by using sanding machine OR shot blasting method. The 7th sentence ''The method for removal shall be performed by abrasive sanding machine .....'' is hereby changed to read ''The method for removal shall be performed by abrasive sanding machines or shot blasting machines that have the capability of removing the existing coating without damaging the concrete cap.''
