All standing hardwood trees, shrubs and brush stems except as specified in the specifications will be cut. In all areas, trees to be treated shall be completely severed from the stump no farther than 1 foot of ground level. Choice of equipment to utilize to meet the work specifications will be left to the determination of the contractor. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
