Hall, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-93-G-0190, and subsequent BOA with the General Electric (GE) Company, Cincinnati, Ohio for retrofit kits to comply with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 150 (turbine frame turnbuckle) to resolve engineering problems with F110-GE-400 engines. In addition, associated support equipment, support equipment spares, and special tooling will be procured. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F110-GE-400 engineer, GE is the only known source who possesses the required expertise, technical data, and knowledge of the engine to provide the required efforts.
