Noncompetitive negotiations with the Communication Systems Division of
GTE Government Systems Corp., of Taunton, MA are contemplated, because
the CCA's contain custom integrated circuits which are available only
from GTE. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, however, which
shall be considered by the agency. The most recent, representative unit
price for the NSN 5998-01-309-2674 CCA is $2193.00 for a quantity of
30, awarded 29 Apr 96. The most recent, representative unit price for
the NSN 5998-01-309-9003 CCA is $3237.00 for a quantity of 25, awarded
29 Apr 96. The Government provides this data without assuming

issued on the US Army CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board on or about 21
August 1996. US Army CECOM has established an Electronic Bulletin Board
(EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals
(RFP's) and Invitations for Bids (IFB's) from government to industry.
All solicitations issued from Fort Monmouth for acquisitions over the
small purchase threshold will be solicited via the EBB. Hard copies of
solicitations will no longer be distributed, with the exception of
those for Post, Camp, and Station acquisitions. All interested parties
wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate,
send, and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of
the EBB, you will need an identification code and password, in addition
to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and
software to interface with the EBB system. Detailed information
regarding system requirements is contained in the US Army CECOM EBB
User's Manual. A user's manual, identification code, and password will
be issued upon request. All requests must include (1) company name,
(2) point(s) of contact name(s) and title(s), (3) return address(es),
