Fitch, Contracting Officer 708-216-2606 A/E Services required to prepare final design drawings, specifications and the final cost estimate for the following work at Building 200, of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Illinois. (Hines Il,is located approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Chicago). Services will include but are not limited to the design development, working drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and construction period services needed to develop an ambulatory procedure suite in the subject building. Design will include the renovation of approximately 9,500 sq. ft. of space for a G.U. Clinic and Outpatient Surgery, plus approximately 3,600 sq.ft. of renovation for proctoscopic/endoscopic procedures. Design shall include, wall alterations, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, equipment installation and CIH services as necessary. Firms experienced in this type of work and who are located within a 100 mile radius of Hines Il., are requested to submit a SF-254 & SF-255 as well as documentation showing successful completion of at least three similar type jobs, to this hospital, by close of business August 21, 1996.
