Cooper, 304/285-4160 The U.S. Department of Energy's Morgantown Energy Technology Center anticipates awarding a IDIQ Contract for a one year base period and one year option for Nondestructive Examination Services per the following requirements. The majority of the work will be required at the Morgantown Energy Technology Center in Morgantown, WV on a ''As Needed'' basis with routinely 1 day advance notice, but in cases of emergency only 2 hours of notice will be provided. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and otherwise do all things necessary for and incident to the performance of the work. The vendor shall be able to provide Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Liquid/Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Visual, Hardness and Leak Testing in accordance with ASME Section V, Nondestructive Examination, 1995 Edition. All personnel provided to perform above testing shall be qualified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A. The vendor shall be capable of providing personnel for witnessing welder qualification performed in accordance with ASME Section IX and AWS. Vendor shall have available Level III personnel for consultation regarding code interpretations, provide Ultrasonic Thickness corrosion/erosion monitoring services which will include providing necessary software and training to perform long term studies.
