USAID is issuing a solicitation for technical assistance in the Ukraine Breast Cancer Assistance Program. This program seeks to establish cost-effective and sustainable programs for screening, diagnosing and treating breast cancer in Ukraine. A three-year cooperative agreement is anticipated to provide assistance in this area and to make these programs available, in particular, to the victims of the 1986 disaster at Chernobyl. The anticipated cost range for the three year cooperative agreement is $4,000,000. This CBD notice can be viewed and downloaded using the Agency GOPHER.
