A. McCloud, Contracting Officer, 201-724-3090. Design and fabricate
sample parts, test quantities, models, prototypes to perform
feasibility studies and functional analysis. Employ state-of-the-art
technology in manufacturing using computer aided design and computer
aided manufacturing techniques. Inspect prototype precision parts using
computer measuring equipment with an accuracy of tolerance to .00005
inches. Prepare engineerng drawings, design and build prototype test
hardware and equipment. Investigate welding processes i.e., T.I.G.,
M.I.G., Automated MIG weldling, friction welding, resistance welding,
laser welding and cutting. Perform engineering analysis, finite element
stress analysis, tolerance studies, material evaluation, computer
analysis, strength of design, aero- ballistic studies, and shock and
vibration analysis. Evaluate and conduct manufacturing processes of
exotic materials such as tantalum, tungstsen, cobalt, vanadium,
carbides, titanium, nickel alloys. Perform in various areas of
manufacturing, such as machining, welding, soldering, deep drawing,
