DISA requires the assistance of a contractor to provide support services in its initiative to audit the Official Personnel Folders (OPF) of their civilian employees in the National Capital Region. This audit is performed to ensure each OPF is in compliance with all Office of Personnel Management and Department of Defense practices, procedures and policies and any applicable statues. This work requires specialized experience in all areas of personnel to include staffing, pay setting and technical services. An in-depty knowledge of the rules, regulations, requirements of personnel policies, procedures and processes is essential. DISA intends to negotiate with Southwest Resource Development, Inc.
