The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, intends to acquire through full and open competitive procedures EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES which include curriculum maintenance, curriculum development, test and evaluation functions, Learning Resource Centers (LRC), and instruction of the following courses: Engineman ''A'' School, Diesel ''C'' Module 1, Diesel ''C'' Module 3, MCM 1&2, ARS 50, Gas Turbine, Damage Control, Hull Maintenance, General Maintenance Welder, Non-Nuclear Comp Welder, Heat Treatment of Metals, Machinery Repairman, Advanced Milling, Precision Grinding, CNC, Heavy Machinery and Metal, MM ''A'' Course, Interior Communication ''A'', Electrician's Mate ''A'', SITES, ILARTS, Engineering Electrical CORE, Engineering Mechanical CORE, Torpedomen's Mate ''A'', Gunner's Mate, Advanced Electronic Tech CORE, Combat Systems Adv Dig, Quartermaster ''A'', Radioman 21 ''A'', FAST, JOBS I, JOBS 5, JOBS 6, Instructor Training, TBCD, TMDS, JOB IVB, and JOBS II.
