Provide instruction, job placement services and training equipment/material for the approved Job Corps Urban Forestry Curriculum at the Pine Knot Job Corps and the Ouachita Civilian Conservation Center. The contract will consist of a base year and four possible option years. The Pine Knot Job Corps is located 3 miles south of Whitley City, Kentucky, on Highway 27. The Ouachita Civilian Conservation Center is located approximately 15 miles west of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on Highway 270. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
