The scope of work for this project: remove existing automatic temperature control system including thermostats, temperature sensors, control panels, etc., as required for the installation of a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) Automatic Temperature Control System (ATC). Air compressor, pneumatic tubing, valve and damper actuators to remain. Install eight (8) new exhaust fans, new temperature sensors, humidity sensors, control panels as required to provide a complete Direct Digital Control systems. Existing equipment to be controlled includes, but is not limited to, the following: boilers, chillers, air handling units, pumps, return air fans and exhaust fans. Provide power to new exhaust fans from new circuit breakers installed in existing panels. Provide new, single phase transformers with secondary panels for new ATC power.
