This building is about 50,000 square feet. The project features an extensive amount of hazardous material abatement, primarily asbestos removal. The heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems shall be replaced. Most interior walls shall be removed. New interior finishes shall be installed and the bathrooms shall be completely upgraded.
