Postal Service is soliciting proposals to upgrade the HVAC system at the White River Junction Processing & Distribution Center at 10 Sykes Ave. in White River Jct., VT 05005-9997. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of aging condensing units and conversion of various types of control systems into an integral direct digital control system, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $100,000.00 and $400,000.00, with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on August 16, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
