The work includes equipment and construction services required to install a Government furnished Thermal/Catalytic Incineration System (TCIS) to control Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions from Buildings 1024 and 1026. This project includes the installation of a TCIS foundation, ventilation hoods, make-up air units, or ducting from each building to the TCIS unit. The project also includes installation of control equipment, a remote operator panel in Building 1019, and underground fuel oil storage tank, modification of existing ventilation and scrubber system in Building 1024 and 1026, and other incidental related work. Project includes off-load and unpack of TCIS from truck transport shipping configuration. Contractor shall also assemble TCIS from shipping configuration into final operating condition at project site in accordance with contract drawings and manufacturer recommendations. This project is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
