McDonald (410) 278-2372 (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to install a new HVAC system, demolish the existing HVAC system, modify and re-balance existing fume hood exhaust system, remove asbestos and perform related structural and electrical modifications to the North Wing of Building E-3510. Building E-3510 is located in the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be done in strict accordance with Specification Number CR02-96 and Drawings 45380 through 45408. This solicitation is being issued Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration. Project Completion shall be within 275 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
