Project located at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, 38 miles from Silver City, NM on Highway 15 at TJ ruins site work will consist of removal of damaged portions of existing foam roof, repair with new spray foam, and add new roof coating and gravel. Remove existing wood and galvanized iron canales, repair foam and replace with new canales. Remove existing wood shingles, felt, rosin paper and plywood sheathing from existing Mansard fascia and replace with new materials. It is recommended that contractors visit the project site prior to bidding. All work to be performed under a single contract. (198)
