2 channels with sensors, preamps and cables for each channel. The
Signal Conditioning Module for each channel must detect Echo Delay Time
Separate Linear Bandpass Filtering for Signal and Trigger, Selectable
Gain Amplifiers, Power and Event LED Indicators. The module must be
based on a Pentium 133 processor with 16MB RAM, 1 Gybte HD with a 17''
color monitor or better. The system must contain independent trigger
signal conditioning for frequency and threshold control. Also, the
system must be capable of wide band filtering with nondistorting
variable linear phase Bessel filters (frequencies up to 1.5 MHz), 2.
Digital Data Acquisition Module - An analog to digital conversion
sampling rate of at least 30 MHz per channel is required, 3) Data
Analysis Software - The software must be Windows based. Classical plate
wave theory must be built into the software. Also, all data must be
fully exportable in binary or ASCII formats and software screens must
be exportable in bit map format. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135.

with Digital Wave Corporation. This a combined synopsis/solicitation
for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in
this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation,
proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be
issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are
those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32. The
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is
3826. The Small Business Size Standard is 500. The following provisions
apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors -
Commercial, 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions. Offerors must
include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror
Representations and Certification - Commercial Items with their offer.
