The system shall consist of a custom optical quality non-magnetic table system and an active vibration isolation control system. The active control system shall provide isolation starting at 0.3 Hz or below, and provide for six degrees of motion control. The active control system shall meet or exceed vertical and horizontal isolation of 15db at 1 Hz, 20dB at 2 Hz, and 30dB at 5 Hz, and 40 DB at 100 Hz. -- F.O.B.
