Concerns are sought under a Request for Quotation who have the ability to provide substance abuse transitional services for Federal offenders. Services required include: individual counseling, group counseling (with intake assessment) and medical services except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. Services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. Estimated RFQ issue date is August 7, 1996 and estimated closing date is September 6, 1996. Required services is for a 12 month period, October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997.
