Services provided shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding current recognized national standards as established by the American Medical Association, Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and the American Health Association. Performance period: 01 Oct 96 thru 30 Sep 97 with four one year options. The approximate issue/response date will be 07 Aug 96. No telephone requests.
