Provide OB/GYN Services for the U.S. Coast Guard Activities New York, Staten Island, NY, on a routine, part-time basis, one (1) day a week, on a five (5) hour day, each Tuesday to all beneficiaries referred by the professional staff at the Henry ''Honk'' McCoy Clinic. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and all other terms and conditions of the solicitation. This service will include professional services, instruction and supervision. All interested offerors shall possess and maintain for the duration of the contract, a current license for the practice of Obstertrics/Gynecology in the New York State area. Contract performance period from 01 October 1996, or date of award whichever occurs later, through 30 September 1997 and four (4) one-year options. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside.
