Officer The Government intends to negotiate with Competitive Media
Reporting (CMR) (hereafter referred to as the Vendor) for the purchase
of Leading National Advertisers (LNA) Multi-Media Full Service
Subscription delivered monthly on a CD in the Ad$pender PC product. LNA
is a service that collects extensive information on the media costs (by
different media types, for example: network TV, spot TV, Cable TV,
magazines, newspapers, billboards, etc.) of advertisements run by all
firms in the U.S. LNA records the name of the firm doing the
advertising, the product being advertised, and estimates the media cost
involved in running the advertisement. The statutory authority for
other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one
responsible source. Oral quotes wil be solicited. The anticipated award
