Mitchell, Contracting Officer on (202) 401-5406 The Administration for Children and Families is soliciting proposals to provide planning and program design assistance to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in the development and implementation of a national program to support refugee community self-sufficiency among refugee groups where the majority of their members arrived in this country later than 1990. In accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act, Sections 411 and 412 (c) this solicitation is restricted to public and private non-profit organizations.
