Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, fuels, cleaning materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance services, at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Work includes mowing, trimming, edging, policing trash, tree pruning, tree trimming, tree and stump removal, applying fertilizer, operating and maintaining sprinkler systems, leaf removal, pruning shrubs, removing storm debris, maintaining rock/planter beds, and performing pest control identification. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Performance Work Statement. Basic Contract Period will be 1 October 1996 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 1997, with three one-year option periods. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Only written requests will be accepted. IFB will be issued on or about 24 July 1996 with bid opening on or about 26 Aug 96.
