Newspower service to be provided on a 24-hour-basis VIA satellite to include: Standard Rack Mounted Assembly, Receiver, Demodulator, Demultiplexer, Maintenance, and retransmission, authority to authority to authorized AFRTS outlets and DoD units. Contractor shall provide AP Audio (Radio) News Service on a 24-hour basis via satellite to a contractor supplied L-band receiver. Service to include license authority and retransmission license authority for AP Audio (Radio) News Service. The contract is to be solicited on a sole-source basis with Associated Press.
