A minimum of two tanks per product, interconnected andisolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm is desired; however, one tank per product will be considered. Dedicated facilities are preferred; however, a common system will be considered, provided the offer submits the datarequired by Clause L116.01. Throughput is approximately the awarded storage capacity (safe fill capacity) plus ten percent (10%). Receiving and shipping capability via tanker/barge and Navy Fleet Oiler on a 24-hour per day, 7 day per week basis.Performance period begins 01 Jan 97 through 01 Jan 2002, with three (3), five year options to renew, 01 Jan 2002 through 2007; 01 Jan 2007 through 2012; and 01 Jan 2012 through 2017, respectively.
