The FBI has a need to construct a pre-engineered storage building at the North Chicago Regional Firearms Training Center, North Chicago, Illinois. Effort shall include all materials and labor to construct a 1600 square foot pre-engineered building in accordance with associated plans and specifications. Scope of work shall include site work, utility service, concrete foundation, metal panel wall/roof construction, heating/ventilation, and electrical distribution and lighting. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $200,000. Project completion shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from Notice-To-Proceed. Tentative date for issue of Solicitation is 08/09/96. Solicitation is available by mail request only from: FBI, Attn: Mr. Jan H. Brown, Room 6875, JEH-FBI Building, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20535 at a cost of $250 per set (limit of 2 sets per firm) on a first-come-first-service basis until supply is exhausted. Cost of Solicitation is completely refundable if Solicitation is returned to the FBI within 15 days following Bid Opening.
