(1) Buildings included are: 5000, 10500, 12500, 4210, 4200; (2) Cooling towers are to be demolished and air-cooled chillers installed in their place. Existing screens shall be used where possible. New screens shall be provided where necessary; (3) Multiple, screw-type chillers are preferred; (4) Chillers inside buildings shall be demolished if possible without damage to the building; (5) Chiller pumps shall be replaced.
