This building is about 50,000 square feet. The project features an extensive amount of hazardous material abatement, primarily asbestos removal. The heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems shall be replaced. Most interior walls shall be removed. New interior finishes shall be installed and the bathrooms shall be completely upgraded. Estimated Cost Range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Bid sets available at $31.50 for half-size and $76.50 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
