The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for repairing deteriorated asphalt pavement, overlaying and sealing existing pavement, striping, marking crosswalks and symbols, as well as other incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month basic year with two (2) twelve month option period years to be executed at the Government's option. The minimum guaranteed amount for the base year is $100,000 and $100,000 for each option year. The Davis Bacon wage rate will not be adjusted in the option years.
