Project consists of removing air handlers and condensing units from 100 housing units in Shepard Terrace. New work includes installing gas furnaces with condensing units, new domestic gas hot water heaters. New duct work is to be installed for all second floor units (50). The underside of the concrete floor and exposed water pipes in the crawl space are to be insulated. Architectural work is to include removing existing duct work and piping and installing new ductwork. Work includes demolition of the existing system and providing a new system. The work shall be located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. Please do not call for technical information based on this pre-synopsis. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
