PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment to repair two (2) two-story wings. One building is a concrete structure, the other steel frame and both wings are connected by a concrete single-story structure. The work includes: metal roof, exterior insulated finish system, seismic upgrade, fire sprinklers, alarm system, insulated windows, and interior renovations, mechanical, electrical and incidental related work. The Estimated Construction Cost (ECC) is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. This project is Unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542 and the related small busines size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is approximately 350 calendar days.
