Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, tools, labor, ect, required to perform the work to renovate the 26,977 SF AMC Passenger Terminal and add a 1,675 SF Outbound Lounge and Baggage Storage. The work includes, but is not limited to, enlarging and upgrading finishes for the existing outbound gate and ticket areas including new lobby enterance, renovate connecting corridor between AAFES and inbound lounge, renovate inbound lounge areas and add toilets, remove existing asbestos roof over building and replace with new rigid insulation and vapor retarder, standing seam aluminum roof including overhangs, aluminum fascia and soffits, and provide new roof structures over DV lounge area, main entry and outbound garage. Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation will be made available on or about 08 AUG 96 with a BOD of 10 SEP 96. Project is to be completed within 210 days of the NTP. Package will be sent upon written request and receipt of payment for package. Request shall include mailing address, phone number, fax number as well as size of business. The cost for the plans and specifications will be determined prior to issuance. Checks and money orders will be made out to: U.S. Treasury. This project is open to both large and small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Presolicitation Notices are being sent concurrently.
