Project work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, electrical, HVAC, carpentry including walls and acoustical T-Grid ceilings, and fire prevention including extending sprinkler piping and installing pendent heads. HVAC work includes extending supply air ductwork, relocating return registers, and rebalancing discharge air system. Electrical work includes relocating, and/or providing and installing security, communications, telephone devices, conduit, cabling systems, lighting fixtures, hangers, switches, lamps, branch circuit wiring, and controls.
