The work consists of construction of a new entrance complex at Highway 125 Park, Bull Shoals Lake, Arkansas. The work includes removal of existing asphalt pavement and placement of approximately 775 square yards of 6'' concrete pavement, relocation of existing 8' x 12' gatehouse, and construction of gate attendant pad, to include new screenings, and electrical work. Work also includes removal and disposal of a 50' radio tower and relocation of an 8' by 8' metal storage building. Estimated magnitude of work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about 09 August 1996 at a cost of $25.75 for Specifications with Half size Drawings, $30.55 for Specifications with Full size Drawings, $16.75 for Specifications only (Charges are non-refundable).
