Jenkins, 213/895-4984 R- Sources Sought: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, expertise and incidentals necessary to replace damaged floor system for fire water tank. The project consists of the exterior and seismic repair work to the existing 500,000 gallon water tank. The repair work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, concrete work, metal railing and ladder, paint and piping system, at the Chet Holifield Federal Building, 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, California. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Set Aside for Small Businesses).
