UNICOR's intent is to enter into a joint venture contract for the manufacture, assembly, and nonpersonal technical and training support services for an portable floodlight system for the U.S. Government. UNICOR intends to utilize an commercial floodlight system to meets its requirement. This commercial floodlight system may require modifications to meet Federal Government requirements. UNICOR intends to utilize inmate labor in the manufacture and assembly of the portable floodlight systems.
