Hill at (410) 962-0987 This proposed procurement is a small business set-aside, SIC 8999. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for this one year contract. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract to obtain lighting retrofit services for the U.S. Army Installations of Fort Sill (Lawton, OK) and Fort Bliss (El Paso, TX). The guaranteed minimum is $100,000.00. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment to perform fluorescent fixture retrofit, compact fluorescent retrofit and exit sign replacement; coordinate all work activities such as shutting off utilities, with the installation Point-of Contact; upon receipt of duly executed Delivery Order, perform all the requirements required by the contract. The Army will provide access to buildings and building areas as required in execution of the Delivery Orders. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
