These databases were created 8-10 years ago with the existing software capabilities at that time. Updating of these databases to make them functional and user friendly of office staff requires a complete overhaul rather than modifications. The successful offeror will require strong computer and networking skills along with advanced programming knowledge of database systems. The RFP will be issued on or about July 19, 1996 and proposal are due approximately August 20, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (198)
